TelePREneur Corporation (TPC) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all KOL Program applicants in accordance with the Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.

2. Data We Collect

  • Full name, mobile number, and home/business address
  • Login credentials (username; password is stored encrypted)
  • Member classification type
  • Social media account usernames, profile links, and follower counts
  • Average monthly Smart/TNT sales figures
  • Social media post and live selling links submitted to the program

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Processing and evaluating your KOL Program application and posts.
  • Communicating with you about program updates and your status.
  • Administering KOL incentives and program activities.
  • Monitoring program compliance and accomplishment tracking.
  • Complying with legal obligations under Philippine law.

Your data will be retained for the duration of the KOL Program and up to 3 years thereafter for compliance purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
